Donna Euler

Program Supervisor – Adoptions Services

I am a “country girl” at heart and was born and raised on an Idaho cattle ranch.  I love animals, particularly horses and cats.  My family was profoundly affected by a closed adoption experience, which motivated me to help educate birth parents and adoptive parents about the benefits of an open adoption and the positive impact it has on the adopted child.

As a certified adoption professional, I was honored to be one of two Idahoans chosen for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption’s “Angel in Adoption” award by the United States House of Representatives in July of 2002.  Every day, I look forward to helping birth parents and adoptive parents through their adoption journey.

Experience and education:

  • Experience with child protection services and adoption services since 1976
  • Licensed Social Worker and Certified Adoption Professional
  • Received Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Idaho
